Brian Johnson: Hearing Loss
In 2016, while on AC/DC's Rock or Bust tour, Brian Johnson was diagnosed with hearing loss in which he calls “the darkest day of my professional life.” He couldn't continue with the band for the rest of the tour, and he was replaced by Axl Rose.

Dion formally announced that she suffers from a rare neurological disease in 2022, which accounted for "severe and persistent muscle spasms" preventing Dion from performing onstage. She did state in a 2024 interview for The Today Show that she will continue to perform by the best of her abilities even if it meant crawling her way through the stage.
