The Cleveland Browns have not had a winning season since 2007...in this 8-year span, they have had 5 head coaches (and look like they are heading towards their 6th) and so many starting quarterbacks I have lost count. In contrast, their division rivals all still have their 2007 coaches, and have seen little if any turnover at starting QB. I was inspired to write this after Mike Pettine broke his word of making Johnny Manziel the Browns' starting QB for the rest of 2015, just because he spent this past weekend partying. Pettine should have never had any contact with the organization.
