This one needs some explaining. Most people who were teenagers in 1945 are senior citizens now, they need to take a lot of prescription pills to stay alive, and a lot of them need electric wheelchairs, or scooters, to get around, and a popular brand is Jazzy. Most females are probably widows, and this explains why her husband is DOA (dead on arrival).OK, the others that need explaining are:Gable=Clark GableGoodman=Benny Goodman, clarinetist known as the "King of Swing"Krupa=Gene Krupa, jazz drummerBingle=Bing CrosbyFrankie=Frank Sinatranothin' playin' on TV=People usually relied on the radio for entertainment, and there was TV in 1945, but hardly anyone had a receiver, and most stations were in the big cities and off the air due to the warDorsey=There were two Dorsey brothers, Tommy and Jimmy, and each led a big bandjukebox=In 1945, most radio stations played programs and hardly any programmed music, so you listened to popular hits wherever there was a jukebox.
