The Lyrics
From the Japanimation short "Unit 612", Mariko (a Kunoichi) is sent to Tokyo to kill the dreaded Dragon Empress Osuna who, along with her Silk Glove assassins, plans to kill Emperor Hirohito using magic. She possesses Hanko-ki (telepathy), Shimo-ki (levitation), and Ashioti-ki (spirit being calling) among other magical powers of persuasion and intimidation. Mariko carries with her the Blood Clan's magic Shuryu (Sword Dragon) that can defeat her and her bodyguards. The battle is on!!!

Cool. Now I want to see the movie!
Not sure, but this was part of a short series... may be OOP by now or never released on DVD- saw it on TV. It came to me b/c of the on-going Kunoichi-Samurai battles!!! Try Kekko Kamen, the world's first NUDE female superhero. The Animated DVD is best, don't buy the real nude ones, they are not good ;-D
