(1) Smurfing is another term used for money launderers who break up large amounts of cash into smaller transactions. Curiously, there are other definitions I found and not just acting like those blue cartoon people. From the urban dictionary, I saw a definition for gamers that meant going on your server under a different name to see what was going on without being recognized, buying up maximum amounts of pseudoephedrine at several locations in order to make crystal meth and strangely, the act of hitting someone across the face with one's penis. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=smurfing

That last definition sounds like it would hurt. When I saw the title, I visualised a giant washing machine. You actually explain the process fairly well, so that someone such as myself, who is not familiar with the topic, can begin to understand it.
Very original idea and well matched with the OS! Ever since I realized that money laundering was a serious crime, I've been extra careful to empty out the pockets before putting my trousers in the washer.

if you're a Smurf "Smurfing" can also have a number of different meanings some of which aren't exactly G-rated 5's
Leough, when you empty out your pockets, make sure you break large chunks of cash into smaller piles to avoid the feds. Jonathan - funny comment on Smurf's - I wonder what it would be like to watch the shows with that definition in mind.
