Just thought you might find this interesting: Friends and family of the Russian food influencer, whose real name was Zhanna Samsonova, were quoted as saying by Newsflash that she “died of starvation and exhaustion” after subsisting exclusively on a “completely raw vegan diet” in Malaysia. Also, if you keep flashing your virtue signal, you'll burn your battery out. HTH
one member of vegan minstrel ate raw for many years and is still alive. he now eats some cooked food and swills a 6-pack of beer daily in his 60's. lots of beer isn't great for men though because it causes moobs (man boobs). even with that, plant-based eating recharges a body well, so there is always energy for more virtue signalling.
We agree on beer. OTOH, I'll consider changing my opinion if you can name me 10 NFL starters who follow your path.
