OK...this is sort of a regional parody. One of the most infamous prisons in Massachusetts in located in Concord (pronounced CON-kid,,,not CON-cord)
Anyway, there's been a NEWS story out here about how the prison just replaced the old TVs with new HiDef plasma screen TVs. As you can imagine, there are some who are not too happy about it.
I'm sure this parody could apply to any two syllable named prison anywhere.

I'm stuck in Concord Prison…covered in brand-new “ink”
But, we’re all being tortured… the TV’s on the “blink”

I shived my latest cellmate…then I cut his throat
I guess he had it coming…for hogging the “remote”

555 - In my younger days and working in a mental institution, we had a patient who beat another patient badly, so he could go to the forensic portion of the hospital. The reason - the forensic portion had just put in cable and the regular hospital did not have it. I understand your song and history kind of repeats as this was 30 years ago.
