I'm not sure what you mean by "Emp'ror Bush won't bother with their re-so-lu-ti-ons." The involvement of the United States and its allies in Iraq is being done to enforce UN resolution 1441, which promised Saddam Hussein that there would be serious consequences if he did not comply with terms of that and previous resolutions.
