AFW, they have that capabilty. When they got the 4 Dolphin SSK subs from the Germans (3 for free), they had the Germans modify the torpedo tubes to fire Popeye Turbo cruise missiles that can be nuke armed! The Germans helped them test fire off Indonesia and RSA. And Israel has stated before that ANY poison gas missiles landing in Israel would get a nuclear response. Guess they remember the Zyklon B and know about the Sarin! And lastly, Israel in an all-out conflict could torch the entire ME oil fields and wreck the world economy by itself. That's why Israel is developing biofuels for the IDF and population. Germany also is using biofuels with the Bundeswehr ;-)
