Y'know, other than the sweeteners (honey is—of course—an animal product, and one of the processes sometimes used for refining sugar uses animal bones), peanut butter and chocolate were pretty much already 100% plant-based. So yeah, advertising peanut butter cups as "plant-based" is like advertising cereal as "asbestos-free": the claim is technically true, but deceitful in that it provides the brand of the product no real advantage over any other brand. (ALL cereal is asbestos-free, and ALL peanut butter cups are plant-based.)
Won’t you two just get a room already?
Milk chocolate is far from plant-based so the use of oat chocolate by Reese's is a significant modification and very welcome by vegans. Dairy is scary to us.
The person who typed "uddered" inspires me to say that dairy is the worst thing ever uddered, except for calves, that is.
