I originally posted this (twice) back in April 2005. To be honest, I don't like most of the parodies I've written but 'Insanity' was one of the few I liked. Unfortunately for me, the two I submitted were all wrong and not how I wanted them to be at all. It always bugged me. So, I decided to rewrite it, make sure I'm completely happy with it all, and post it one last time. So this is mostly for my own personal benefit, more than me trying to get votes and comments (though I'll certainly take 'em if anyone wants to give 'em, haha)
Tell me do you think that frogs like pie?
And does Jesus own a bike?
See, Mr. Ed's in no shape for diving
and anyway, Big Bird wasn't born yellow
I've never seen a grasshopper so sad
but I met cheese and just got GLAAD
If I hadn't blown that deal with those nachos
I might be a highway cone
Tomorrow I will squeak like Jim Ed Brown
and wear my dead cat's new nightgown
Glass is bond but Chaka Khan just can't ever be shaved
