I liked this. You really worked with the OCD in a fun and unique way not like everybody who says they're OCD because they're neat freaks but legitimate OCD where you can't control your strange obsession to do something before you're able to do something and I can even hear the character's struggle in this song. Very well done!
OCD is NOT funny. It is devastating to many individuals that cannot control strange obsessive behaviors. Many have lost friends and family to this disorder. A friend of mine spends 20 hours a day in bed, gets up to eat the same meal everyday, and spends a few hours watching the same tv programs and playing the same video games. His family avoids him as he has to have his own toilet paper, his own bagged ice, same seat at the table, and won't allow anyone to come into his room more than three feet! Do you think that's funny? He cannot drive, work, or have a normal relationship with a woman. He is 27 years old and lives in his room. He can barely speak to people and avoids eye contact. I bring him magazines and games.
Caretaker. Do you find fat parodies funny? How about parodies about bad rapping? Race? Religion? Politics? [insert topic here]? Every single comedic line can and/or will offend someone somewhere somehow. The vast majority of people with OCD are not nearly as extreme as YOUR example. It's like saying fat parodies aren't funny because SOME people die from obesity. This parody doesn't aim at the extremes in your examples, and if you are that sensitive to this subject you really shouldn't look on a comedy website under an obviously marked parody about OCD. There are certain subjects I too am touchy about like aids, cancer, criminal justice. . .but I simply avoid those topics because I know that there's a decent chance I won't find comedy involving said topics funny. You can't go around expecting everyone else to be as overly sensitive about something that generally is a mild to moderate inconvenience from those who suffer from it. Entire comedies on TV have been based around this topic and they've done very well. Characters from almost every major TV sitcom in history have had OCD and there wasn't a public outcry, but you are fretting over a parody on a small website on the internet written by a young person just trying to have a little fun. Lighten up and live a little. I'd hate to see how you feel about Monica Geller from Friends or Monk for goodness sake.
BAD, while you're living it up at someone else's expense in comedic form, there are those of us who volunteer our time to meet the needs of the disabled and homeless. You are careless in your remarks and insensitive to people that suffer or can only barely survive in life. What's next, a parody about kids with cancer, cleft pallets, MS, people with Alzheimer's or AIDS? Maybe SIDS? And as for obesity in America, it's an epidemic. Ever take care of someone who weighs 600 pounds? I hope you succumb to the very things you mock as entertainment. Again, ANY disorder is NOT funny.
That's your opinion and you are entitled to it. As it so happens I do suffer from at least two things mentioned on this page and I have seen parodies about all the topics you mentioned, I don't care for a lot of them, but I also don't take them so personally that I'd WISH THEM UPON ANOTHER PERSON as you just did, so for someone who's incredibly judgmental in doing so you've just lost any credibility to your opinion. Wishing diseases or disorders against other people is hateful and cruel, at least a parody is simply trying to make light of a bad situation---you just outright wished serious diseases upon someone you do not know--some caretaker you are.

(Artistry) There is humor to be found in almost anything. The key to what Blaydeman did here was make the character in the song sympathetic and self-aware.
I get the feeling that some people just want a reason to be offended. No matter what happens they'll always find a reason to whine. With that said, when it comes tot he story of the song, as far as Monk goes, at least he was never that bad. He was pretty close though.

I may not have OCD, but as someone with Asperger's I can understand how other people may not get my odd habits and tics (you misspelt it as "ticks", won't hold that against you). Not often a parody makes me have the feels as the Tumblrites call it, but as Agri said, you did a bang-up job on making the singer sympathetic instead of just mocking him. 555!
