I was given the recipe for a "Sunny-G" cocktail... and once someone had said the words "mango and galliano", the phrase wouldn't leave my head until the thing was written. If anyone's interested, a Sunny-G is made like this:
Glass: 90ml Cocktail Glass
Garnish: 1 X small Pineapple Wedge
Method: Build over Ice
Ingredients: 30ml Go-Rin
30ml Mango Liqueur
30ml Galliano
