(SOTY 05) Was it really a year ago and one month that I first read this and shouted in ALLCAPS about my love for this tune?
(SOTY 2005) The ending caught me so off guard when I hummed along I bust out laughing, waking the wife up in the process. I should have known better than to read this at 6 in the morning. The "Who's cheap and loose/As a TV tray" was awesome too.
Clearly waxwing can't count past one. This is a thoroughbred. Songs with short lines are reeeally tough to assemble, and this one, Mr. 4 Prez, is masterful all the way through. Great rhymes, punch lines, plot twists, etc., etc. And I've stolen "blah blah blah" from you a couple of times, so thanks for that too.
