Part II of my parodies about the State vs Federal Govt on medicinal pot and continuing raids on dispensaries. I live in California and in my county alone there were 99 pot shops! Now there are just 5 left fighting for survival. While there is ample proof of abuse of the State Law that allows it, what about those that have legitimate medicinal needs? And why fill the jails with petty non-criminals for posession of weed? The drug war is lost and pot should just be legalized and taxed to death for revenue. A win-win situation instead of confrontations and constant villification of something that comes out of the ground. No one seems to have a problem with presciption opiate abusers and all that money!!!

Dispensaries- have gone wild
Pot with THC- stockpiled
A luc-ra-tive enterprise
Sales that surely raised some eyes
State vs Federal game
"Pot shops shut-down once again"

Time for the pot peddlers to sponsor some TV infomercials on the ancient and honorable practice of jury nullification. As for politicians, we don't need term limits, we need recall.
Just legalize it. The so-called War on Drugs has been as big a quagmire as Iraq and GaffeNamistan.
